By creating an account or using Dynamic QR Pro, you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorised to bind that company.
Give accurate details, keep your login secure, and you're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18.
Plans are Starter, Pro, and Business, billed monthly or annually in EUR. Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is added at checkout based on your location, and EU businesses with a valid VAT ID pay none. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. There is no free trial.
Cancel anytime from your settings. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from your first paid charge — email us within 30 days for a full refund. After cancellation, your codes keep redirecting until the end of the period you've paid for, then pause; we retain your codes and scan history so you can resubscribe and restore them.
Your use is subject to our Acceptable use policy.
Your codes and the destinations you set are yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, serve, and redirect them and to display related analytics to you.
We provide the service "as is" and aim for the uptime targets described on our Trust page. We do not offer a formal SLA or service credits at this stage.
The Dynamic QR Pro name, software, and brand remain ours. These terms don't transfer any of our IP to you.

You can stop anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for acceptable-use violations or non-payment, following the enforcement steps in the AUP where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynamic QR Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify Dynamic QR Pro against claims arising from your codes, their destinations, or your breach of these terms.
We may change features and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia; disputes are subject to the courts of Tallinn, with an informal-resolution step first.
