Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your country, and EU businesses with a valid VAT ID pay none (reverse charge). Either way, Stripe shows your exact total before you confirm.
What happens if I go over my monthly scan limit?
Your codes keep redirecting. We'll email you as you approach the limit so you can move up a plan — no surprise overage charges.
Can I downgrade?
Yes, effective at the end of your billing period. If the lower plan can't hold all your active codes, you choose which stay active.
What happens if I cancel?
Your codes keep redirecting until the end of the period you've paid for, then pause until you resubscribe. We keep your codes and scan history — nothing is deleted.
Is there a free plan or trial?
No. Starter at €9/month is the entry tier. Instead of a trial, you get a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Do I keep my codes if I switch plans?
Yes. Codes belong to your account, not your plan.
Can I get a proper invoice with my company VAT details?
Yes. Stripe issues invoices with your VAT ID and company address.
How do I pay?
Card via Stripe. Bank transfer is available on annual plans by request.
